When can we walk on our carpet?
It is recommended that you stay off of the carpet during the drying process in order to reduce the chance of matting the carpet and to help prevent "wicking". Spills often seep down into your pad and when stepped on (especially while carpet is damp)the stickiness from the spill can "wick" back into the carpet causing it to stain again.

How long will it take my carpet to dry?
The drying time for carpet will depend upon the air flow in your home. If you have a good central AC/Heating unit and ceiling fans, you can expect the carpet to dry in 2 to 6 hours. Good air flow is the key to quick drying.

Most upholstered pieces will be dry in less than 2 hours. A heavier fabric will take longer to dry than a thinner one. If we are using a dry cleaning process, the pieces will be dry within an hour.
